I have been testing the limits of my own personal fitness my whole life. Being involved in the NFL combines, Division 1 Wrestling, and fighting as a professional Mixed Martial Artist, my repertoire of training has only expanded. With almost 15 years of experience training, I continue to compete at the highest levels of MMA, but my priority lies in my relationships and progress of my clients.

What are Chuck's favorite exercises?

My favorite exercises are hang cleans and walking lunges

Squats: 

Hang Cleans are a peak expression of power, and as an advanced movement, have the tendency to humble people. The technique that goes into performing quality hang cleans takes a long time, but the results are amazing.

Walking Lunges: 

These are just hard. Most people will avoid them at all costs. We don't.
